Pandemic Camping

Is it safe and responsible to camp during these times of the Pandemic? I think it can be if done correctly. First and foremost only go with people from your household. Second camp somewhere close to home and if possible bring food from home and limit any extra trips to gas stations and stores. Lastly camp and recreate in a way to keep your social distance. In Oregon our campgrounds and trailheads are closed but we still have access to all our Forrest Roads and BLM Lands. As you explore these areas avoid any unnecessary risks, keep it local, keep your distance and just enjoy be outside and reap the health benefits of the great outdoors.
